Madison Hammond has already made history as the first Native American woman with exceptional talent in soccer. As a senior in Wake Forest University’s soccer team, Madison was selected for the 2nd Team All-ACC, the All-ACC Academic Team, and the CoSIDA Academic All-District Team. She was also team captain, leading her team to victory on many occasions.

Madison has been working hard to get to where she is today, both on and off the field. She is an inspiration to young Native American girls who aspire to be soccer stars. After graduating, Madison was drafted to the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) by the Washington Spirit.
