The Coronation of King Charles III
After the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, her eldest son, Prince Charles, ascended the throne as the new King of England. With his coronation, comes a whole lot of pomp and pageantry that we have come to expect from a royal event. So, what can we expect from King Charles’ coronation?
According to various sources, King Charles’ coronation will take place at Westminster Abbey and will be a service conducted by the Archbishop of Canterbury. The ceremony will see the new monarch swear an oath to protect the Church of England and uphold the laws of the country. It is a traditional ceremony that has taken place for hundreds of years.
Prince Louis Steals the Show
While King Charles’ coronation will be a grand event, we can also expect to see some adorable moments from the younger members of the royal family. Prince Louis, the youngest son of Prince William and Kate Middleton, is known for his playful personality and cute expressions, and it is expected that he will steal the show during the coronation.
Although we don’t know exactly how Prince Louis will feature in the ceremony, it is likely that he will be a page boy or a ring bearer, much like his older brother, Prince George, in previous royal weddings. Of course, as with any young child, there is always a chance that Prince Louis may decide to break from tradition and do his own thing!
